What is the typical turnaround time for a custom engagement ring?
Most of our custom pieces are handcrafted in our New York studio and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete from the date of design approval.
Do you offer free shipping on domestic orders?
Yes, we provide complimentary fully insured FedEx priority overnight shipping for all domestic orders within the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on most standard items. Please note that highly customized or modified pieces may be subject to a restocking fee or may be final sale.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical sourcing and only use conflict-free diamonds, lab-grown options, and recycled precious metals in our designs.
Can I resize my ring after I receive it?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most of our engagement rings within the first year of purchase, provided the design allows for adjustments.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance purposes?
Yes, every Ken & Dana Design engagement ring and wedding band comes with a complimentary retail replacement appraisal for your insurance provider.
